We appreciate your unwavering support to CongoVoice for our work in the Gemena area of the Democratic Republic of Congo. When CongoVoice was established, our aim was to partner with the Congolese people to provide Hope and Opportunity to one of the most vulnerable regions of the world. Through your partnership, we have been able to support the abandoned children without families, provide transformative education, and fund entrepreneurs to promote economic development in the region for over a decade. As we celebrate our various accomplishments, I want you to know that the work is not yet done. We are excited to share that we have officially transitioned the work of CongoVoice to The Lobiko Initiative. Wilita Sanguma, who has served on our board, is leading our work in the Congo through Lobiko. I am delighted and enthusiastic about Wilita, who is a Congolese American that embodies both the American and Congolese culture, and his passion to continue this much need work of providing Hope and Opportunity to the people of Congo.
