2024 Annual Report

Reflecting on 2024, I am so grateful for your committed support. Because of you, Lobiko has taken an incredible step forward this year. Together, we have expanded our services and reach in the region, supporting nearly 400 vulnerable children by tackling malnutrition and the orphan crisis in Congo and expanding our work to support more local leaders to drive lasting change in their communities.

Your belief in our mission has transformed lives, bringing hope and opportunity where needed most.

But our work is far from over. In 2025, we will continue our journey toward an ambitious goal we began last year: transforming the lives of 50,000 individuals and families in the Gemena region of Congo by December 31, 2026.

This transformation means children experiencing hardship finding care and growing into leaders, families breaking the cycle of poverty, and communities gaining the resources they need to thrive.

Looking ahead, we are committed to deepening our presence and impact in the region by empowering more Congolese leaders to expand educational and healthcare opportunities and foster economic growth through locally led programs. Together, we will continue building opportunities for every child, family, and community to thrive.

This past year has been transformative for me personally and professionally. I’ve grown as a leader, deepened my faith, and strengthened my commitment to this challenging yet necessary work. I am filled with hope for what lies ahead in 2025 and beyond, knowing that what we’ve started together will continue to grow and flourish.
